1. High-Risk Investment Warning

Trading foreign exchange (forex), gold, indices and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite.

The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial deposit — and in some cases more than your deposit. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

2. TeleFxBridge Is an Automation Tool — Not an Advisor

TeleFxBridge is a software tool that automates the copying of trading signals from Telegram channels that YOU choose into YOUR MetaTrader account. We do not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee any signal. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management or trading recommendations of any kind.

All signals executed through TeleFxBridge originate from third-party Telegram channels selected and configured by you. The performance, accuracy and honesty of those channels is entirely outside our control.

3. Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results

Any historical win rate, profit statistic or performance figure shown by a signal provider — or displayed inside the TeleFxBridge dashboard — reflects past trades only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. No representation is being made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

4. Automation & Technology Risk

Automated trading carries additional risks: internet or VPS outages, MetaTrader terminal disconnections, broker server issues, requotes, slippage, spread widening during news events, and delays between signal publication and execution can all cause executed trades to differ from the original signal.

You are responsible for monitoring your account, configuring the Risk Manager appropriately (lot size, daily loss limits, drawdown ceiling, trading hours) and using the Emergency Stop when needed. Never run the EA unattended with risk settings you have not tested.

5. No Liability for Trading Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleFxBridge, its owners, employees and affiliates accept no liability for any loss or damage — including without limitation any loss of profit or trading capital — which may arise directly or indirectly from use of the platform, reliance on any signal, or inability to use the service at any time.

6. Regulatory Notice

TeleFxBridge is a software provider. We are not a broker, dealer, fund manager or financial institution, and we do not hold client funds. Forex/CFD trading may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction — you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of automated trading tools complies with the laws applicable to you.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or running the TeleFxBridge EA, you confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you trade entirely at your own risk, and that you will only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
