1. Acceptance
By creating a TeleFxBridge account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TeleFxBridge.
2. Description of Service
TeleFxBridge is a signal automation platform that reads Telegram messages, parses trading signals, and forwards them to your MetaTrader 4 or 5 terminal via an Expert Advisor (EA). TeleFxBridge does NOT place trades directly — your MT4/MT5 EA does, running on your own machine or VPS.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, and other financial instruments involves significant risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. TeleFxBridge does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. The signal channels you connect are third-party providers entirely outside TeleFxBridge's control. Past performance of any signal provider does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
TeleFxBridge offers a 7-working-day free trial (no credit card required). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 3 days of the first paid subscription only.
5. Licence & Permitted Use
Your TeleFxBridge license key is personal and may only be used with the number of MT accounts included in your plan. You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key. Violation results in immediate termination without refund. License keys are bound to MT account number and broker server; re-binding is limited to prevent abuse.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt abuse (e.g., multiple accounts with different emails to bypass trial limits), or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may cancel their account at any time from the dashboard.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleFxBridge and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TeleFxBridge after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
