1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when registering: your name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — never in plaintext). We also collect usage data such as login timestamps, IP addresses (for security and anti-abuse), and trading performance metrics that your MetaTrader EA reports back to us (account balance, equity, trade results). We do NOT collect any personally identifiable financial information such as bank account or card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe and we only receive a payment confirmation.
2. Telegram Credentials
When you add a Telegram provider, you may provide a Bot Token or Telegram API credentials (api_id and api_hash). These are encrypted using AES-256 before being stored in our database. They are decrypted in memory only when establishing a connection to Telegram. We never log or expose these values.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and operate the TeleFxBridge service, (b) send transactional emails (trial warnings, subscription renewals, trade alerts), (c) detect and prevent abuse (duplicate accounts, license misuse), (d) improve our signal parser and platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete personal data within 30 days except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., payment records for 7 years under tax law).
5. Security
We use HTTPS (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). API credentials are AES-256 encrypted. We use rate limiting and IP-based abuse detection. Despite best efforts, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
Our website uses a session cookie to keep you logged in after authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. The dashboard uses localStorage for token storage on your browser.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@telefxbridge.com. We will respond within 30 days.
